1911 Screws High Polish NITRE BLUE Titanium Gemstone
NITRE Blue is an iconic finish in the world of "bespoke" custom guns.. A hot salt bluing that results in a stunning electric blue high gloss finish on small parts used in crafting Single Action revolvers and high end 1911's going back generations. However, the traditional Nitre Blue finish on steel parts was not very durable. We have created our own version of this finish, but in a tougher material (Grade 5 Titanium) with a much more resilient finish.
We manufacture our screws in Grade 5 Titanium to precise levels of quality, then machine tumble finish. Each screw is then polished by hand one at a time until the perfect sheen is reached, then finally anodized right here in our facility before one of our craftsmen sets the gemstones and does a final hand polish. Completely unique to the gun industry with nothing else like them available anywhere else!
