We offer several tiers of shipping options for you to choose from. Below is an explanation of these options and what they entail. PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE FREE ROUTE PROTECTION. Route is a package protection service that we highly recommend, but must be purchased during check out to have coverage.
- FREE USPS STANDARD: This is a USPS Ground Advantage level service that ships in our custom mailer box with extra bonuses like free custom stickers and discount codes for orders. During normal times, this service is 3-4 days, but can run 5+ days during peak shipping times around the holidays.
- USPS Priority mail: This is the paid upgrade from Ground service, Priority mail usually runs 2-3 days for most of the USA during non peak shipping times.
- UPS ground: This is the paid UPS option for those that prefer a higher level of service above USPS. Same box and bonuses, delivered to your door by UPS.
- UPS 2nd day: UPS's guaranteed 2nd day delivery. Please understand this does not include our processing time. Comes with box and bonuses.
Please note that while we do strive to ship same day, we do have an order processing window of 3 business days. Please take this into consideration

For the added cost during check out, ROUTE will be there from order to delivery, with SMS texts, email updates, and live maps on their APP showing you exactly where you package is. If there is a problem, help is a click away with immediate help. No more UPS or USPS insurance claims and weeks of waiting for them to respond. ROUTE has your back from start to finish. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PURCHASE THIS PROTECTION! Route charges less than traditional insurance, and offers so much more.
While we work hard to package well and ship items with the upmost protection, we have no control over your item after it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have left our custody. We strongly recommend the purchase of package protection from Route which is available during check out. If you choose not to purchase this protection, we cannot replace or repair your item for free if it is lost, stolen or damaged. We cannot stress this enough.

We can only ship to the billing name and address. We cannot ship to different names, or different addresses. We try very hard to accommodate most requests, but do to credit card processing policies, chargebacks and high levels of fraud online, we must ship to the name and address the credit card has on file, i.e. the billing information. If you need assistance, please call or email us, and we will do our best to help.
