Shipping Information

Billing and shipping address, as well as names MUST match.. if they do not, we will contact you to discuss your order. Due to increased charge backs due to fraud, we must insist that if this policy is not followed, that the named person in the billing address must pay for signed receipt delivery.


We offer Free standard shipping. This shipping service is USPS in a padded envelope without our Tin Box packaging. We wanted to offer free shipping to our customers who are conscious of the high price of shipping for Priority mail and UPS/Fed Ex, and do not mind receiving their parts in a padded envelope. If you prefer the Tin Box packaging for your grips, please do not choose Free Standard Shipping. 


Each package shipped via the USPS PRIORITY MAIL comes with $50 of insurance coverage. 
Each package shipped via UPS comes with $100 of insurance coverage. 

If you would like to add insurance to your “FREE STANDARD SHIPPING” choice, or If you want extra coverage beyond what is included in USPS Priority mail or UPS/FED EX, please check the box for added insurance during check out.

If you choose not to purchase extra insurance (if needed) to fully cover your purchase, and either USPS or UPS loses your package, thru no fault of Wicked Grips, we will not be responsible for your loss. 

We strive to ship packages daily, but, that can not always happen. We DO GUARANTEE that we will ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Shipping Information UPS comes insured and with Tracking info e-mailed to you, but this service costs more (UPS is an expensive option). Our basic service costs less.. USPS Priority mail comes with an automated tracking information e-mail via Stamps.com, and is accessible on your account page if you register during check out. USPS is also NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME SERVICE. The estimates they post come from their system, and are estimates which do not take into account our processing time. We offer both choices to give our clients every option, but with the higher cost of UPS comes higher levels of service from them!   We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have left our custody.
