We offer several tiers of shipping options for you to choose from. Below is an explanation of these options and what they entail. *

  • Economy: This is a flat rate USPS service shipping in a padded mailer. 
  • Standard: This is a USPS priority mail level service that ships in our custom mailer box with extra bonuses like free custom stickers and discount codes
  • UPS ground: This is the UPS option for those that do not prefer USPS priority service. Same box and bonuses, delivered to your door by UPS.
  • UPS 2nd day: UPS’s guaranteed 2nd day delivery. Please understand this does not include our processing time. Comes with box and bonuses.
  • Fed Ex 2nd day: Fed Ex’s guaranteed 2nd day delivery. Please understand this does not include our processing time. Same box and bonuses. 

If you need faster processing time, or fast shipping option, please contact us! We answer emails quickly and will work hard to help you get your package sooner!

ROUTE

We have partnered with ROUTE to give our customers the absolute best in package tracking and protection. For the added cost during check out, ROUTE will be there from order to delivery, with SMS texts, email updates, and live maps on their APP showing you exactly where you package is. If there is a problem, help is a click away with immediate help. No more UPS or USPS insurance claims and weeks of waiting for them to respond. ROUTE has your back from start to finish. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PURCHASE THIS PROTECTION! Route charges less than traditional insurance, and offers so much more. 
While we work hard to package well and ship items with the upmost protection, we have no control over your item after it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have left our custody. We strongly recommend the purchase of package protection from Route which is available during check out. If you choose not to purchase this protection, we cannot replace or repair your item for free if it is lost, stolen or damaged. We cannot stress this enough.
