We strive to ship packages daily, but, that can not always happen. We DO GUARANTEE that we will ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Priority mail displays an estimated delivery time.. this is a function of the post office, and NOT a Wicked Grips estimate. It is an estimate, not a GUARANTEE. If you want a guaranteed 2nd day delivery after we process, please choose UPS 2nd day. Please be aware, the 2nd day delivery does NOT include Saturday delivery. For example, if you choose 2nd day delivery after 4pm on a Thursday or Friday, you may not get your package until Tuesday or Wednesday.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have left our custody. If you would like to purchase extra insurance, please advise us, and we can add that to your order.
Each Priority mail or higher service package shipped via the US postal service comes with $50 of insurance coverage.
Each package shipped via UPS comes with $100 of insurance coverage.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING does not come with insurance.
If you want extra coverage beyond what is included, please check the box for added insurance during check out.
If you choose not to purchase extra insurance (if needed) to fully cover your purchase, and either USPS or UPS loses your package, thru no fault of Wicked Grips, we will not be responsible for your loss.
Returns. All sales are final. Wicked Grips may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price plus shipping will be charged. The items must show no signs of installation or wear, and must be repackaged as they were shipped, such as tin, bubble wrap, tools, and in a box ONLY. Any and all returns must be authorized via email and returns must be accompanied by, and will only be accepted with, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Wicked Grips. To discuss a possible return, you must email us at email@example.com.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY APPROVED RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
SOME PARTS REQUIRE EXPERIENCE TO INSTALL… OR A GUNSMITH… AND SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN SCRATCHED.. SHOW TOOL MARKS.. DAMAGED.. OR USED. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT AN ITEM AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, OR ITS COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR PARTICULAR FIREARM, PLEASE ASK FIRST, AND WE WILL HELP YOU SELECT THE RIGHT PART FOR YOUR NEEDS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO INSTALL, WE RECOMMEND TAKING IT TO A REPUTABLE GUNSMITH FOR INSTALLATION.
