UNDERSTANDING YOUR SHIPPING CHOICES: UPS VS USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Delivery Information
We strive to ship packages daily, but, that can not always happen. We DO GUARANTEE that we will ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. If you have a special request.. have special shipping needs… would like to purchase shipping insurance… please contact us at ed@wickedgrips.com, or feel free to call our shop line Monday through Friday 9am – 4pm eastern at 810-202-4199.
Priority mail displays an estimated delivery time.. this is a function of the post office, and NOT a Wicked Grips estimate. It is an estimate, not a GUARANTEE. If you want a guaranteed 2nd day delivery after we process, please choose UPS 2nd day. Please be aware, the 2nd day delivery does NOT include Saturday delivery. For example, if you choose 2nd day delivery after 4pm on a Thursday or Friday, you may not get your package until Tuesday or Wednesday.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen parcels after they have left our custody. If you would like to purchase extra insurance, please advise us, and we can add that to your order.
RETURN POLICY
Returns. All sales are final. Wicked Grips may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price plus shipping will be charged. The items must show no signs of installation or wear, and must be repackaged as they were shipped, such as tin, bubble wrap, tools, and in a box ONLY. Any and all returns must be authorized via email and returns must be accompanied by, and will only be accepted with, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Wicked Grips. To discuss a possible return, you must email us at ed@wickedgrips.com.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY APPROVED RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF WE AGREE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN, YOU MUST USE THE SAME PACKAGING AND LEVEL OF PROTECTION TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS AS WE USED TO SHIP THEM TO YOU. WE TAKE EXTRA STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR ITEMS DURING SHIPPING. EACH GRIP PANEL IS BAGGED SEPARATELY, THEN PUT INTO BUBBLE WRAP PACKAGING, THEN PUT INTO A BOX TO ASSURE THAT IT ARRIVES IN PERFECT CONDITION. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT PROTECTIVE WRAPPING AND THE ITEM IS DAMAGED DUE TO THIS LACK OF PROTECTION, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SOME PARTS REQUIRE EXPERIENCE TO INSTALL… OR A GUNSMITH… AND SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN SCRATCHED.. SHOW TOOL MARKS.. DAMAGED.. OR USED. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT AN ITEM AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, OR ITS COMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR PARTICULAR FIREARM, PLEASE ASK FIRST, AND WE WILL HELP YOU SELECT THE RIGHT PART FOR YOUR NEEDS. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO INSTALL, WE RECOMMEND TAKING IT TO A REPUTABLE GUNSMITH FOR INSTALLATION.

WE ASK THAT CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCTS PAGE, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT GRIP SET / MAGAZINE / SPRING PLUG / ECT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PISTOL. WE CANNOT TAKE RETURNS DUE TO ORDERING THE WRONG ITEM… AND THEN SHIP THE CORRECT ONE FOR FREE. PLEASE, CONTACT US IF YOU ARE UNSURE, AND WE WILL GUIDE YOU TO THE CORRECT PART FOR YOUR NEEDS!! WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE SHIPPING FOR ANY PARTS THAT NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE DUE TO BUYER ERROR… WE CAN’T ABSORB THIS COST & CONTINUE TO KEEP OUR PRICES FIXED TO LEVELS WE’VE KEPT FOR YEARS.
